          Express Post (AusPost)

          $12.99 within Australia. Express Post orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, though this may change during peak periods. Due to the huge volume of deliveries, Australia Post has suspended the next-business-day delivery guarantee for Express, but it’s still AusPost’s quickest delivery option.


          Premium (Priority dispatch)

          $14.99 within Australia. For extra-quick delivery, Premium orders get priority dispatch from our warehouse, and typically leave the same day or the day after, though this may change during peak periods. Premium shipments are typically delivered to capital cities and major centres the next working day after it leaves the warehouse; regional deliveries will typically arrive within 1-2 working days.


          Same-day/Next-day delivery

          $19.99. Available in inner-metro Melbourne only and on in-stock products only.  Must be a residential address; same-day delivery not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Delivery window is from 6pm-9pm for residential addresses. Orders must be placed on weekdays before 1pm for same-day delivery; orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following business day. Weekday deliveries only, so orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Same-day delivery not available on public holidays.


          Express (Maps)

          Because of the unique proportions of our Studio Milligram maps, any order that includes one of them will ship using our Express (Maps) method. This is a courier delivery service with an ETA between 2-7 days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia.


          Click & Collect/Ship to Store

          Collect your order at one of our 6 Milligram locations around Melbourne. If all items in your order are in-stock at your selected store, you'll be able to choose Click & Collect, and have our staff prepare your order within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.

          If your order cannot be fulfilled by your selected store when you place your order, you can have your order sent via Ship to Store instead.

          With Ship to Store, you can have your order shipped to one of our 6 Milligram locations around Melbourne for collection. Products only need to be in-stock at our warehouse to use Ship to Store. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped to your selected store. Ship to Store orders can only be collected when all items are in-stock at the selected store; partial order collection is not available.

          Click & Collect and Ship to Store are free to use, with no minimum spend.


          International orders 

          Currently available to New Zealand, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, United States, Mexico, Malaysia, Netherlands, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Sweden, Greece, Brazil, Spain, and Belgium only. Prices range from AU$29.99–$59.99 based on location (shipping calculated at checkout). Due to circumstances beyond our control in the current international shipping climate, we aren't able to provide an ETA on the arrival of your order. 

          As of January 1st 2021, we will no longer ship directly to the United Kingdom due to increased requirements and taxes on international deliveries.

          All customs and duties required for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer; Milligram takes no responsibility for such costs, as they vary based on country and location.



          When will my order ship?

          We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. Express Post orders will typically be dispatched 1-2 days after ordering, and Premium orders will typically be dispatched the same day or the day after. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.


          Personalised products are made to order, so please allow an extra 5-7 business days for shipping and handling of personalised orders, and a little extra again during peak periods.


          When will my order arrive?

          For orders shipping to Australian addresses, allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Most of our orders will ship with Australia Post's eParcel service, so you'll be able to track it once it leaves our warehouse, and that service will give you a more accurate estimate for when your order might arrive. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going). For larger items, we may use other courier services, and we'll provide tracking for those deliveries when the order leaves our warehouse.


          Melbourne Metro customers can also select our Same Day courier service for orders placed before 1pm weekdays. Same-day orders will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm, so we recommend using a residential address. Same-day delivery is not available for personalised orders.


          For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. International orders are shipped with Australia Post, and this service includes tracking, so you'll receive a more accurate estimate when your order leaves our warehouse. Milligram is not responsible for any customs requirements when your order reaches its destination. Current delays in international shipping make this whole process unpredictable, so we are unable to offer shipping ETAs for orders shipped outside Australia at this time.


          Orders shipped via eParcel or Express Post can be delivered to PO boxes, but please note that some large orders require a business or residential address. We recommend using a residential address for Same-Day orders, as these deliveries will arrive between 6pm and 9pm.


          Where do you ship to?

          Due to current international shipping restrictions, we are currently only shipping to New Zealand, USA, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore. Please contact us to see if we can add your country to the list of shipping destinations, though please note that Australia Post determines the countries we can currently ship to, so we may not be able to deliver to all locations.


          Pre-order Shipping

          Item pre-order available online only. Estimated shipping dates subject to change. If multiple items are ordered in a single transaction, all items will be shipped together in a single package. We are unable to split orders into multiple shipments. If you require some items sooner, please place a seperate order for the pre-order item.
