Our entire operation is based in Melbourne, Australia. Our head office is in Collingwood, just off the iconic Smith St, and all orders ship from our warehouse in West Footscray.

We've now got locations across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and one in Canberra, with more to come. Check out our Stores page for locations and opening hours (including public holidays).

orders & delivery

We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can.

Express Post orders will typically leave the warehouse in 1-2
business days, while Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.

For orders shipping to Australian addresses, allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Most of our orders will ship with Australia Post's eParcel
service, so you'll be able to track it once it leaves our warehouse, and that service will give you a more accurate estimate for when your order might arrive. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days
(depending on where in Australia it's going).

For larger items, including Maps, we will use other courier services at a cost of $10, and
we'll provide tracking for those deliveries when the order leaves our warehouse.

For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. International orders are shipped with Australia
Post, and this service includes tracking, so you'll receive a more accurate estimate when your order leaves our warehouse. Milligram is not
responsible for any customs requirements when your order reaches its destination.

We now send all our Standard and Express Post parcels with Safe To Leave authority, so Australia Post can do contactless deliveries. If you'd prefer the security of a signature, you can change the setting on your delivery through the AusPost app.

Milligram ships around Australia and to countries all over the world, including the New Zealand, USA and Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, Sweden, Greece, Spain, Belgium and Brazil.

Milligram accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal and AfterPay.

Each customised pen and notebook is created when you order, so this can add some extra shipping and handling time. We recommend allowing an extra 3-5 business days for your personalised order to be on its way to you.

click & collect

Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 1 business day, while Ship to Store orders can take 3-7 business days to transfer your products to the selected store. In both cases, we will notify you via text message or email when your order is ready to collect, so hold off until you get confirmation that your order is ready.

Anything that's in stock at your selected store will be available to order via Click & Collect. If your selected store has very low stock levels you will be prompted to have the item shipped to store. If you're desperate for your stock quickly we recommend calling the store!

Click & Collect draws on the range each store has in stock – if your preferred store has what you're after in stock, you can place a Click & Collect order and it will be ready to collect within 1 business day.

If what you want isn't in stock (or in very low stock) at your preferred store, but we have some at our warehouse, you can place a Ship to Store order and we'll get your items delivered to the store for you. This can take between 3 and 7 business days.

If you want to pick up some items straight away, but some will need to be shipped to the store, we recommend placing separate orders – one for the items that are currently in stock, and one for the items to be shipped.

Alternatively, you can call the store to arrange a pick up and pay when you arrive.

Unfortunately, we are not able to home-deliver orders from stores, nor can we move stock between our physical stores.

Though we try to ensure accuracy as best we can, our system may be showing an inaccurate stock on hand. If your chosen store doesn't have the stock required to fulfil your order, you'll be notified by text message and email within the business day.

Click & Collect has no cost or minimum spend. However, Ship to Store orders are $4.99 to get the stock from our warehouse to your selected store.

Returns

Every time you shop at Milligram, you're covered by our Simple 30 Day Return policy. So if your purchase isn't exactly what you had in mind, check out our Returns page for more information on how to start the return process.

We are not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed, due to the workflow of our dispatch team.
