We're still here
We want you to know that we're still here. Our online store will stay open to you all day and all night, with our team ready to get your order on its way to you quick-smart. Same-day delivery is available in the Melbourne metro area*, and you can choose Express Post to get your order asap for homes outside that area. If you're looking for ways to entertain and challenge yourself during this strange and trying time, we're here to help.
Shipping update (Updated May 2020)
With so many people turning to online shopping, Australia Post is seeing a significant increase in the number of deliveries handled each day. As a result, some orders are taking extra time to arrive, and tracking numbers may take longer to update. Since there are fewer domestic flights in the air every day, Express Post deliveries are also taking slightly longer to get to their destination.
We understand you're excited to receive your orders, and we're working to get them on the way to you as quickly as we can. Please allow a few extra days for delivery of your order, and check Australia Post's tracking system to keep track of its journey to your door. We'll keep you informed of any major changes to shipping, and you can keep an eye on the Australia Post site for updates.
Our stores will be back soon (Updated May 2020)
Back in March, we made the tough decision to close our stores. As evidence mounts to suggest that Victoria has successfully flattened the curve, and the State Government is easing restrictions, we're delighted to announce that we're now preparing to re-open our doors. As of May 23rd, our Highpoint store will be open from 10am to 5pm each day, so you can explore our ever-changing range in person.
We're not out of the woods just yet though, so until things get back to normal, we're taking sensible precautions to help keep our staff and customers safe in-store. We'll be limiting the number of people that can be in our store at one time, and you'll find plenty of signage emphasising the importance of social distancing. We'll also be cleaning the store more often, and providing hand sanitiser to help prevent cross-contamination. We also ask that you avoid cash when paying, so remember to bring your card or phone for contact-free transactions.
